These terms apply to Weeekly for Mac, iPad, iPhone and Apple Watch (the “App”) and this website. By downloading or using the App, you agree to them.

License
The App is licensed to you, not sold. Your use of the App is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”) together with these terms. If the two conflict, the Standard EULA prevails in relation to Apple. Subject to these terms, you may use the App on any Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules.
Purchase and lifetime access
- The App is offered for a one-time price shown on the App Store. There is no subscription.
- One purchase gives you access to the App on Mac, iPad, iPhone and Apple Watch on the same Apple Account, and to future updates we release for those platforms.
- “Lifetime” means for as long as we offer and maintain the App, and as long as it is available on the App Store and compatible with your devices. Future versions of Apple's operating systems may require updates we cannot guarantee indefinitely.
- Purchases, payments and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your content
You own everything you create in the App. Your tasks are stored on your devices and in your private iCloud account; we have no access to them. You are responsible for keeping your devices and your Apple Account secure and for keeping backups of data that matters to you.
Acceptable use
Don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the App except where the law allows it, and don't use it for anything unlawful.
iCloud and third-party services
Sync relies on Apple's iCloud and notifications on your device's operating system. These services are provided by Apple, not by us, and we aren't responsible for their availability.
Warranty and liability
We work hard to make the App reliable, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
Consumers
If you are a consumer, you keep all rights that mandatory consumer law in your country gives you, including your statutory rights regarding digital content that does not conform to the contract. Nothing in these terms takes those rights away. Disputes can also be resolved out of court; Polish consumers may contact their local consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms, for example when we add features. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Questions? Write to khawro@gmail.com.
